PAST BRIGADES

We are in our eighth year at the University of Washington and on our past brigade to Jinotega, Nicaragua we served over 500 patients and built multiple home sanitation stations. Our first brigade at the UW in 2008 took around 30 students to Honduras and our program has grown tremendously ever since. We are proud to be one of Global Medical Brigades' strongest and largest university chapters. We work in conjunction with other affiliate universities to continually serve communities and to keep track of community ailments and statistics.

Previously we have sent brigades to Honduras and Panama (specifically Darien and Arimae). We hope to provide the same quality health care as we move our brigade to focus on Nicaragua in the coming years.
